Went looking for inflatable airbeds. This store had a large selection. The staff (Liz and Helen) could not have been more helpful. Knew the products well and could answer all our questions. Nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic service with the added benefit of getting a couple of airbeds at a good price.

Shops like this are still run by people that actually use the gear they are selling. This is a huge benefit when investing in very expensive tech gear when you can't really take too many risks. I received great advice and walked out with what I hope to be the right rain jacket. It's already proven breathable, and this weekend I'll find out if it keeps me dry under seriousl conditions

Great store with great Macpac products - backpacks, clothing, everything that you need for the outdoors. The store is quite new and in the day after Christmas day, there were amazing discounts - I bought a new pack there. Really friendly staff. I'm very daily that I popped into this store.

Amazing customer service. Was in store 18/11/19 for a long time trying on many items and asking for lots information. Both ladies were patient, helpful, enthusiastic (just the right amount) and genuine. Well done on hiring these two woman! Sorry I didnt get their names. Highly reccommend shopping here for your outdoor adventure needs.

Probably close to one of the best places I haven't been...such a wide array of lovely hight quality stuff..when Trump visits Rotorua and needs stuff this is one of the 1st places he heads to
