WOW! 110% happy with these diffusers and oils. Quality is excellent. Oils smell amazing. Shipping is super fast. Arrived the next day. Packaging is a treat. I felt like i was unwraping a present! Communication is excellent with lots of information. Fast response to any questions i had. If you are looking at purchasing a diffuser or aroma/essential oils I highly recommend Baliba Aroma Oils. Purchased the Moroccan Romance diffuser. Happy with the product, looks so beautiful even without the light on! OMG!!! I am in heaven with these products. The essential oils are to die for and the scents are heavenly. I have purchased several of the electric diffusers, for myself and as gifts and they are excellent.I live in the UK so have stocked up whilst I’ve been in NZ visiting family. Amazing!!! Julie is phenomenal. Constant updates on my parcel and she went above and beyond to get it here before Christmas even though I missed out on the cut off dates.Beautiful diffuser and the aromas and oils are to die for.I would highly recommend Baliba and will certainly be shopping here again.

The ethos of the company re sustainability and caring for our environment put their money (and creativity) where mouth is. The service was super prompt and the products were exactly as advertised.
