Ketaki who was working at hells this evening was the most incredible, genuine, kind and considerate person to come across in our travels.Even though the restaurant closed at 9pm this evening and we walked in at 9.20, she was still willing to serve and make us food purely so we could be feed. Hells pizza is so lucky to have this absolute angel of a human to working for their company. Thank you Ketaki, you are such a legend :)

Always on time, reliable and well made pizzas. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Taupō.Stupid thing but they cut the pizzas into even slices, much better than phutt!

We were well on our way to a delicious vegan pizza and pizza hut and dominos were a not aviable option. we searched a bit and found hells pizza. We had a friendly guy which fulfilled all our wishes. I ordered the vegan pizza with dairy free cheese and my girlfriend ordered a vegeterian we exchanged the feta cheese with dairy free cheese which was not a problem. Only criticism is the price which was a bit expensive. but I would recommend everyone the great options and everyone who has had enough of the vegan pizzas of Pizza Hut and Dominos should stop by at Hells Pizza

Ovens are either on too hot or timed for too long - not like other Hell venues where you get pretty good consistency

My class have taken part in the Hell Pizza Reading Challenge. All the students participated including those who are reluctant readers. My students received their pizza's this week and were so happy. Tasty and a generous size. Thank you so much to Hell Pizza for providing this opportunity.

Good vegan options, almost too much to choose from. Vegan chicken and chorizo pizza was delicious, the “double” definitely doesn’t serve two.

By the looks of other reviewers’ recent experiences this looks like the new way Hell serves its pizza - please stop, I don’t want to have to try and eat the pizza box. Also paid for and did not get extra toppings. Sent review via the post-order review function two weeks ago and still no reply. I guess it’ll be a cold day in hell before I ever hear from them.

Usually pretty decent, but tonight's pizza was so greasy couldn't eat more than 1 slice, Domino's next time for me. Only thing for 2 stars was the really nice delivery guy, thumbs up to him.
