Randomly walked in customer almost got turned away as they were fully booked a week in advance. However, after knowing I was in an emergency call - car gone smoked and oil was leaking badly - they fit me in and went above and beyond my expectations.With the superb service and quality products in used, you know your car is in a good hand. Highly recommended these guys to everyone. Thanks Dave for saving my car and tidied up the mess the leak made!

A very helpful team in my experiences with them. Karla on the front desk is very positive and was very helpful in explaining what work was needed. Costs and fees are very reasonable with some diagnostic work not charged at all.

The most helpful and honest people!Checked my car last minute with no booking and not much time to spare, said they'd sort it quickly- turned out to be a much bigger problem and they kept it overnight. I was promptly rang at 9am the next day to explain the problem then advised to take the car back to where i bought it instead of paying them a lot of money to have it fixed! So honest and good-hearted of them, even saying she would explain to the dealership they were in the wrong!So glad i came to this garage on my travels. Trustworthy and kind people :)

On March 2nd, 2023, Marcus Motors repaired my 2010 Porsche Cayenne headlight for a cost of $2030.81, by replacing the headlight ballast. Unfortunately, the same problem reappeared at the end of March. The staff asked me to leave the car for testing and quoted me an additional $1500 for the same issue that they had fixed just three weeks prior. Spending $3.5k on one headlight fault seemed unreasonable to me, so I brought my car back and conducted some research. I ordered a new aftermarket ballast ($100) and installed it last week, and the problem was resolved! Only programming was needed. Additionally, I'm unsure why there are holes, taps, and glue on the $995 ballast that Marcus Motos replaced in March, as shown in the photos below. I'm very disappointed with the situation.2 Stars for service my car in good condition from 2016.

Good and friendly any issues sorted promptly andbquickly, just 4 star as I had to phone for updates.
