I had my eyebrows done by Runi and they look incredible. I have had many compliments and the service was great. She knows what she is doing and is calm, friendly and offers an excellent service.

Very disappointed with the service. Last time they were 20 minutes late for my appointment and this time 10 minutes late. The lady was very rude and said she was stuck on the traffic and gave me all her reasons for the delay. I said to her yeah I do understand but I have other plans and I leave early to be on time for my appointments because time is critical for everybody. I said to her without arguing at least learn to apologise. Terrible customer service they do not know how to escalate the situation. She kept on arguing and I said I am done and left without getting the service. Waste of my time, energy and money.

I get my waxing done here every 4 weeks with Preet. She's professional, friendly, and makes you feel comfortable, shes good at what she does and makes it painless. Always happy coming here as I know I will get a clean wax.

I just had my first ever wax with Navjot and she was amazing! She talked me through the whole thing (as I was rather nervous about the pain!) and constantly was checking I was okay - highly recommend! :)

Got my eyebrows waxed and then threading afterwards as they said my face was apparently to oily for wax. Left very disappointed, messy eyebrows, extreme stinging and in a lot of pain with redness that has not gone down, overall pretty bad experience, they were very rough which I've never experienced such pain with a eyebrow waxing.Definitely won't be back again, waste of money for such a poor job done.

Absolutely terrible experience. Just had waxing and eyebrow shaping/tinting at Dash Riccarton. I get home and see there is heaps of hair that she has completely missed for the waxing, could have done a better job myself I can't believe how bad it is. The tinting is no better, tint way out of the line where it should be, I've had to try to scrub it off. Booked online which said these treatments would take a total of 45mins, yet I was in and out in 13mins. No time or care taken at all. No dignity or friendliness given in the room either. Very upset with this experience but don't want to go back to complain because it was so awful. Can't believe I gave these people $50 for such a terrible terrible service.*edited*: emailed owner as they requested and 4 months later still haven't heard anything back... seems they are happy to look into what went wrong" on a public forum but not actually interested at all."

I went here about a week ago for an eyebrow wax, the lady doing it was super nice and we engaged in conversation etc but the results were very disappointing. When I got home from the wax I had to pluck my eyebrows because she didn’t get close enough to the brow to have a clean wax. She missed ALOT of hair.
