Best experience possible when ordering from a florist over the phone. Friendly, helpful and inspired ideas. Nothing was a bother, even for same day delivery on a Saturday.When the delighted recipient received the gift pack, she called me immediately & sent photos to say how exceptionally stunning and beautiful it was. I am very happy with the service, the top quality of the gift box and matching rose.Highly recommended.

Worst florist ever! Absolute joke. I ordered flowers online to be delivered locally and spent $95. When I received the boquet I was very disappointed. Some of the flowers looked half dead. There were only two roses and one was brown around the edges. The boquet was so underwhelming and very small. I contacted the owner and she blamed Covid19 for the state and price of the flowers.... I mean come on... I would never shop here again because honestly I could get a bunch twice the size for half the price at a dairy.

Can't thank Suzie @Kaiapoi florist enough, you done an amazing job on my wedding flowers. My roses were absolutely stunning. Was pure perfection for all my bridemaids bouquets, buttonholes and my own flowers. I went to Suzie not having clue with just a picture I'd found of what I'd sort of liked and she was great, so helpful and her experience and knowledge left me knowing that my flowers were going to be beautiful which they were. Beautiful bouquets that the recipients were delighted to receive and went the extra mile one very hot day when instead of leaving the flowers out in the sun they returned later in the day to deliver them. This shop delivered my BD flower from my husband to wrong address in the past. Shop said they delivered there, but wrong house said they haven't received it. I didn't receive it on my BD in anyways. The shop delivered very small flower next day after my husband complained, but A person from the shop who delivered it had no apology and was unfriendly, far from that she looked annoyed even though we haven't done nothing wrong. The flower looked much smaller than what my husband was expected and paid. We think this shop should search delivery address with google map and ask name who receives flower as professional, so they can't make mistake. My husband is kiwi (native English speaker) and he ordered with right address and flower got missing is not our fault at all! . It was not nice for us to feel very uncomfortable feeling on my BD.My husband has been buying flowers from this shop sometime, but he stopped since that. We though it was lovely local florist in the past, but very disappointed managing for someone's special day.My husband sent it as surprise, I didn't even know about that until he came home and asked me if I received it. It means flower can get missing without sender and receiver realize if they didn't talk about that.

Bought 2 bouquets for a recent death. Flowers were beautiful but on the pricy side.
