I bought four $23 burger meals. Chips came out first 2 lots, followed by the third 5 minutes later, when asked where the fourth chips were the server looked around as if we’d eaten them then eventually bought out the fourth. The burgers were average and not great. We found hair in the chips and after eating the burger found another hair. When I complained we were offered more chips but finding hair in our food put an end to any appetite. I offered them some advice which is to wear hair nets.Solid 1/10 do not recommend.For almost $100 including dinks that wasn’t worth it even without the hair.

Do NOT pay for the vegie burger. First of all, it is vegan, when I asked for dary cheese it through them completely. They took 21 minutes to make it and had no cheese at all. Whe I asked again, they took it and remade it with vagan cheese. Had to wait again, meanwhile my partner ate his food and I had to eat alone. Lame.My friends, vegetarians are NOT vegans. We choose to eat dary. The patty was so over cooked in both burgers. I had 1 piece of lettus and a ton of mustard. I can not believe I paid 14 dollars for this.

Staff were friendly but it took forever for the food to be ready, my alarm thing went off but my meal wasn't ready so not sure what happen. Staff looked new so might be way it wasn't a well oiled machine to handle there business.But it just didn't have the wow factor. I got the classic dog but nothing seam different than what I could have done at home with a Heller's Frank and Watties tomato sauce and Mustard. I was expecting something slightly different there logo was something like, it's all about the sauce. My visit was on the 18th March at 1:30pm.

Yet another burger place. You have to do things really well to stand out.The veggie burger was great, but was slightly small. The pickles and onions were a nice touch.But the coleslaw was expensive and bland.

Wonderful customer service and delicious food! Had the double smash cheeseburger with a gluten free bun and vegan cheese. It was inhaled in 3 minutes. We also had the delicious sweet potato fries. The owner accidentally overcharged us, and I didn’t notice, but he gave me a refund in cash! All worth the price!

Beautiful veggie burger. Enough spice that didn’t mask the flavour.We also compared the chips to another outlet. Downlow chips were the best by far.

Food took over half an hour to come out, and this is clearly a recurring theme given the other reviews. There were other disgruntled customers waiting too. It was clear the place was quite understaffed, which was contributing to the wait. I’d suggest the owners make sure they put more workers on staff to improve customer experience.

We had the Smash Burger meal and the Downlow Hotdog meal. The food was very tasty, and crinkle cut chips were crisp. A little on the pricey side, but you're not eating it every day. We enjoyed it.

2nd time visiting this place - first time for takeout. My order consisting of a smash burger combo and hotdog took 30mins to make and the chips were cold and soggy. When I arrived home I took a bite of the burger and noticed it was pink, I picked the outside of the patty off and it was undercooked all throughout. Now it was unfortunate that I took this order to carry out and didn’t ask for a receipt. After this meal I will never eat here again - a waste of money and time.
