Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The location is spectacular. 2 bed, 1 bath with ocean views. Family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Apartment is clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. Staff are amazingly helpful. Two of us came down unwell overnight and Rose, the duty manager happily delayed our checkout time so we could sleep in and feel better. She even asked if there was anything we needed that she could help with. Will be back and will definitely be staying here. Not only is it amazing it’s great value for money as well.

We really enjoyed staying here.Secure parking, with a clean room and facilities. There is a small gym and a nice pool on the premises which was great for our 4 year old daughter.The lift and the baggage trolleys made moving in and out a breeze.The beach is a short walk and the value for money of these apartments is hard to beat.We are looking forward to coming back to visit.It also had a nostalgic feel of being on holiday in Ballito / Umhlanga (Durban area of South Africa) which made it even better from my personal view...

The apartment was in a good location, however the unit was dirty .The carpets in the lounge area had stains on them the blinds in one bedroom were broken and you could see straight through to the verandah and this was my child's room. The kitchen blinds were dirty.The main bed was a double bed We were expecting a queen bed. I would not stay here again.

Disappointed ,we have stayed at the Atrium for a number of years & visit twice a year. We always book a year in advance an apartments with a view . This time what we booked & paid a deposit for was changed & given to someone else. The reaction from the manager we received was not satisfactory , she told us they would have to ask another guest if they minded giving up their apartment so we could have our view. The apartment we were put in had no view and was very run down .Time to move on

For starters, the people who own/manage this place were extremely nice, helpful and at all times and with all our enquiries made us feel very welcomed (and this is very important). Secondly, when you book a hotel room is a blind date kind of thing and just how beautiful and enjoyable our date turned to be. We have had memorable times and we will come back for more - recommending this magical place to all. Thanks a lot Will.

We just had an amazing stay at The Atrium - in a two bedroom ocean view apartment. The location was amazing, so handy having the direct access through to the beach (instead of having to walk down the road). Our two young children had a fantastic time, plenty of room for them to play.All very tidy, modern, clean and well-equipped. We will definitely be back!

Lovely apartment and great facilities - the managers Will and his partner were incredibly accommodating when we were in a difficult situation and had to check out. Clean, quiet, great facilities and a fantastic central location. Will definitely stay again.

Very central apartments, great views from the top floor units. Small pool and spa has recently had a makeover.Small gym and sauna.Secure parking with lift to all levels.Direct access to main beach is a definite bonus.Free WiFi is very slow and isn't available everywhere in the complex , needs a serious upgrade.

Stayed here 2 times previously. The Ocean View Room we stayed in recently was very run down and grubby....as in dusty, finger marks all over fridge, mirrors and walls. Cushions filthy. Windows and deck and shower screen doors gross. Sliding door wouldn't lock. Blinds broken. Not good enough when it costs a fair bit! Won't be back. 5 stars for location but apartment gets a zero.

we were told we have to book a two bedroom room because my husband and I had a third person with us... our 2 month old infant. We found that absolutely ridiculous as most places if anything offer a crib.The woman at the front desk adviced that was the owners policy. So disgraceful.
