Wouldn't recommend. The ladies that work in the post office are very nosy and also incredibly rude. Every time I go there I get asked numerous questions about what it is and where I am posting. When asked if I wanted to also pay for tracking and I said 'no' they both looked at each other with this condescending expression on their faces, when I asked what the problem was they wouldn't say. I have been there a number of times and have the same experience every time so that's the last time i'll be going back.

The women behind the counter are lovely, but it's overly bureaucratic. NZ Post as an entity is incompetent sometimes despite its great employees.

The lady who was working today at around 315pm was an absolute star!! Very very helpful and very patient with a lot of knowledge! Thanks a lot for helping me return my leggings/pants!
