The inspection and report was done in a day's time, the quick turnaround helped us put in an offer before other's could. Cornelius provided us with a thorough 84 page building report when we were purchasing our first home. He was also very helpful in explaining the report to us, and answering any queries we had.We also had him conduct a meth test for us while he did the building inspection.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a pre-purchase builders report + meth testing done.
