I have been buying some amazing jewellery from Jems for many many years. John has always bent over backwards for me and will do whatever it takes to satisfy his customers. I had a piece of precious jewellery that was no longer able to be worn. The team at Jems helped me redesign it into a new piece using all the parts and then was able to get it remade through their trusting jewellers network. I couldn’t have been more happier with what I received. The workmanship was on point and the communication from Diana and DA about timelines and processes was fantastic. I highly recommend Jems to anyone who places importance on quality service, communication, product knowledge and care taken. This is the place to go. Thanks guys.

This store is amazing. If you love antiques Jewellery and furniture. They have the best range that I have seen. Nothing is too much trouble for them either. I found exactly what I was looking for and they happily made changes for me. Well worth a visit. In this store you will find some very unique pieces.
