Had issues with engine light warning on dash. Ford escape 2007. Advised to bring in for view & quick test drive. Gave me advise possible faults and quotes and free scan to see fault. Very friendly and insightful. Would definitely use if fault re-occurs. Drove an hour from hme- Paihia to Whangarei to see them. Worth the drive and John was great . I would recommend to family and friends

I cannot recommend this place highly enough!My transmission was having issues, and the place I had taken it to quoted a sizeable amount; without much information, causing me to worry about being ripped off.My stepfather suggested I call Advanced Automatics, as he has taken his car there and highly recommends them!The trouble is, I live in Auckland, and it’s a fair hike from Auckland to Whangarei! And I most certainly could not risk driving my car that distance with the issues it had.But I figured I would give them a call to ask their advice on the information I had (or more like lack of information I had).Sheryl, You were honestly SO amazing!You took the time to explain to me what I was not understanding.You presented me with different options and gave me a couple of recommendations for Transmission specialists within my region.Honestly, if there were not 180kms distance between us, I would have taken my car to you in a heartbeat!You are a genuinely beautiful, caring, and understanding human, so from the bottom of my heart, I Thank you!

We had issues with our vehicle coming up from Auckland so we tried to call a mechanic to have a look but everyone was busy including these guys.When I explained my issue over the phone they still offered to take a quick look at it.John took us for a quick drive immediately identified the issue and gave us advice on what needs to happen they even recommended some places we could try that might have time to look at the car for us.Thank you for your help.

So far great. Getting work done on a European vehicle. Professional service both in communication and up to date standards when it comes to quality. However, a cheap run about for a courtesy car would go a long way for us customers as many come a long way for the type of quality you offer.

Punctual , Professional and attentive with good pricing for the work I had done. I bought a car in the North and had a new trans cooler fitted and full trans flush and service. Drove to Invercargill over the next 36 hours and no issues. Cheers Ross.
