Nothing good to say. So many bad things to say. I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. Over priced for a poor quality cut by a supposed senior stylist. No shampoo, no blow wave, just a poor cut. I had to finish off the front layers she tried to do at the side of my face as the right was longer than the left. She tried to charge me the top rate but I refused so she knocked off $5.00. Manager just said that is their price so my understanding of that is that even if the cut is terrible, you still have to pay for it. Don't even get me started on the hygiene of the combs sitting in a bottle of what says disinfectant, but were not fully covered. Or professionalism; the stylist didn't focus on the job she was doing or the customer she was doing it for but her son who was standing right there having a conversation with her. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

We challenged Kelly and the girls with our timeframe and impossibly straight hair but they put in a lot of effort and left us with exactly what we wanted for our wedding day thank you so much!!

Just got back from having my hair permanently straightened again - I have been twice now to Pure Bliss Salon for this service and they always do an amazing job. Great atmosphere, yummy cappuccinos and the girls are all lovely. Thank you!

The tinting and shaping eye brow experience was less than ideal, the beautician didn't ask before reshaping and removing half of my eyebrows, this was justified saying it needed to be arched to balance my face. The colour was black not light brown as they said they would be and they were not left on long enough to set the tint so it was clearly that black was used for a quicker job. If you are going to an event don't expect to have your normal look for the night if you use Prue Bliss Spa before hand as they will do what they want and not ask you about the style that suits you.

I came today to get my hair chemically straightened. They were all very lovely and talkative, the atmosphere was relaxed and very clean and tidy and well presented. It was also a fair price, I was expecting to pay much more. Thank you so much, I am very happy with the outcome!

Very expensive! staff are friendly though and place is nice and clean, had some eyelash extensions done here and i personally wont come back for them will be sticking with my regular lash artist as hers hurt my eyes, but super friendly lady.

My girlfriends shouted me a massage and facial package off Grabone for my bithday. Easy to book over the phone, plenty free off street parking on arrival. A little noisy from the salon next door but the spa music and aromatherapy smells has me lost in my own thoughts in no time. 90min of bliss always deserves 5*. They are moving location soon, look forward to seeing their new venue in the future.
