Grant was extremely helpful and patient when assisting me in my e-bike purchase. There was no pressure at all, in fact he took me and a friend on an hour long trial so I could inter-change with 2 other bikes. He also helped to upskill my riding techniques on the trial ride. All questions were answered in an informative manner.I cannot recommend him and his service highly enough. Thank you Grant.

From the first time I went for a test ride (which wasn't just around the block, but almost an hour on local walking/bike tracks nearby) to the delivery of my Town 'n Trail ebike, he has been helpful, courteous and I am completely satisfied with everything to do with MeloYelo.
