Bought Oven 2018 , nothing but trouble with stove . Cost me an extra $600 in repairs. Beware of unknown brands ie: Eisno Waited 6 months for part, had to source from other company. Very poor service, no reply to emails.

Terrible products. Elements keep turning off. Makes cooking on them extremely difficult

Just moved into a property with Eisno appliances. Worst I've ever experienced.Need to get the instruction book out just to make it work. Any moisture that comes out of food cooking in the wall oven, hits the inside of the door, runs down & falls out the bottom, straight through the joinery drawer underneath. The dishwasher does the worst washing job I've ever experienced, so bad hardly worth using it. The induction hob top surges & will not simmer anything. It's either boiling the pot & spraying steam & water all over the top, or switching off every few seconds to not simmer at all. Absolute rubbish.

poor customer service I got the run around from them trying to find parts to repair this brand of oven and they don’t have parts in New Zealand they have to order from China, and when you need parts none of their staff can help you they tell you to purchase new oven from them. Very poor standard of customer service.

Not sure who drives your company vehicle with the registration EISNO but they shouldn't be allowed on the road. Just witnessed this car on the SH18 driving slowly in the fast lane drifting left and right and all the cars having to undertake it. You need to retake your test or learn that the right hand lane is for overtaking. Looks like your driving is as bad as your kitchen appliances!
