Had nothing to do with organising the funeral just the accounts process afterwards as estate management. Had accounts changed into my personal name without prior discussion, all contact with this business was not pleasent. The final straw was when other customers details were emailed too me. Definitely won't recommend this business. It took a year to settle the estate and they charged interest according, won't be using them again by choice.

Attended a presentation by Kyle Mercer of Willetts Funeral Services today. The hosts were from KADAP Kawerau (Aged Persons). We feel this was the best presentation we have attended during the past 2 - 3 years that KADAP has held on a monthly basis. Kyle was in every way professional and compassionate. He answered every question put to him and we are sure that many people went home feeling informed and at ease in a subject that we all have to face. Well done Kyle

Willetts provided exceptionally good service on the occasion of my husband's Committal service at the Crematorium and at our Celebration of Life event, which required technical expertise with sound, videos and photographs. Nothing was too much trouble, they did everything I asked for, quickly and efficiently.

The entire team at Willetts Funeral Services are compassionate, caring and very professional, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a funeral home in the Bay of Plenty.
