Requested a pre-purchase inspection. Tony contacted me promptly and then arranged a time with the vendor to perform the inspection. The report was very detailed and included a number of issues with the property. Tony talked me through each of the issues explaining each one. This is a great service and I'd happily use him again.

Timely inspection with a great follow-up call to discuss all the issues that were found and possible remediation and effort. The report that followed outlined all of the issues with photos, severity and options for repair.Far exceeded previous inspections I've had. Would definitely recommend.
