Have used Jake Scatchard to manage our rental property at Omokoroa. This is our first rental and Jake has been extremely good at communicating and sorting out any issues which arise. Their rates are extremely competitive and the service has been amazing. Highly recommend Harper Properties to anyone needing a property manager in Tauranga.

Nothing but positive experience with Harper Properties in general, and Jake with the Tauranga branch has been very helpful with letting a new property. Right from the start with first contact from Jake, to finding a new tenant and a few details in between, it's been very positive.
