Lovely venue for a party. Debbie was so helpful, professional and friendly through planing the event and made sure everything went smoothing. Loved the set up and vibe. Would definitely recommend, especially for birthday party or occasion

Short menu. Got the gonichi and partner got steak. Was yum but had to change couple things on the gonichi. Was nice feed over all.

I was surprised this place wasn't busier on a Saturday night 11pm-1am. Pint prices were reasonable and similar to other places in Nelson. They do offer a limited range of $10 cocktails and other drink deals

Friday night, looking for a family of 5 with different tastes. Really quiet, great service. Really impressed with the food, everyone happy. Would highly recommend.

Love the new decor. And the 80s rock on the videos. Shame they haven't improved their cider selection. Just monteiths. Not many people there on a friday after work but lots of staff. Give it a try Nelsonians.. platters good

Great food! Great atmosphere and even better drinks! The new bartender, Chris, makes the best margaritas in town. Amazing customer service by all. Will definitely be back and is my new go to" for family and friend get togethers. Wonderful set up

We had the new Thai Beef Salad and steak and it was amazing! Even better they sell Export 33. Amazing staff too highly recommend!

We took the family to enjoy the special hamburger night. Service was friendly and the meals were enjoyed by all. Pleasant ambience. The 2 for 1 hamburger offer was good value. Wheelchair accessible off Buxton Square.

Me and a couple of friends decided to give The Buxton a try away from our usuals and wow we were impressed, the steak was beautifully cooked, well seasoned and melted in your mouth with a decent serving of mushroom sauce that will get you through your chips and steak plus some, the burger was great too and the tenders were so fresh! 10/10 recommend especially with their $12 cocktails!
