I've sent I can't count how many emails and no response. I have tried to leave voicemail like the website says except they don't have one.Appointment times sent via text were different to ones spoken about. Now I'm getting texts non stop a week after the appointment was rescheduled with no notice. No. You need to respond to the emails or set a time to CALL.I'm trying to find someone who will prioritise my sons needs. Not a group that's almost uncontactable in need.
