Worst service ever. Booked a car but recieved an email about unavailability of the advertised and booked car. Instead of working something out they offered us another car at much higher price. We called back the same minute to confirm, and then the option is not even available anymore. Third option was offered. On top of that we need to pick it up nearby the airport, transport at own expenses. We also need to return there. Never again with Bargain Rental Cars, I would strongly advise to book a car somewhere else.

Bargain Rental Cars is a reliable option for car rentals. Their location is convenient, allowing easy access to buses and the staff provides excellent customer service. The process of picking up and returning the car is hassle-free. Although the car itself, in our case a 2008 Mazda, was showing signs of age with exterior scratches, it performed well throughout our rental period. Very happy with this company. we arrived early to pick up car and they were very happy to change the pickup time. The place was easy to find, the car was a great little city run about and was a hybrid which I was very happy to get. They were also very good about having my husband as the extra driver as I was incapable because of shoulder operation.
