Akshay is a good guy and I think he is one of the best assets for this store. He has been helping us in getting our washer dryer fix. It can get pretty hard to book appointments to repair our machine but Akshay was there to follow up and make the process on track and ease our mind.

Very bad service. Paid for a TV 2 weeks ago still not here. No communication at all. When I rang and chased up they said will be here last Friday. A week later they said it's in transit somewhere but not sure where. Monkey outfit

Very poor. Took in a faulty pair of headphones I previously purchased from the shop. Was initially told it would be a week to be repaired/returned. That was late afternoon on a Tuesday. Wednesday the next week returned. They said the pair was only sent to Sony on the Friday. More than two days after I took them into the shop. It has since been two and a half weeks since the product was dropped off. Still not back. The service is simply not good enough.

Bad service at this place. Bought a memory card for an old school camera. Had the camera with us in the store and walked out with a 64gb memory card. Checked with camera and found we needed a 32gb, went back to shop all within an hour of purchasing. Lady at reception wouldnt organise a replacement nor take the card back. No help whatsoever.

My mother purchased a Freeview box from another Noel Leeming store a few months ago. It stopped working... spoke to Isaak, and received simply outstanding service. He showed me what I needed to do to reset, wrote it all done for me, was super friendly and helpful. TV now going again. Highly recommend Isaak. Great guy!

Bought an Xbox controller from here. Broke within a month. Went back to get a replacement, won't provide replacement for 2 weeks while they send controller to manufacturer to verify it's broken. Controller cost less $100, pretty stingy to not provide a replacement, consider it broke it such a short period of time.
