These guys were great! We had a leak with our hot water cylinder and no one was available to help us fix it as it was a few days before christmas. Thankfully we contacted Instant Plumbing on a recommendation from a relative and they were able to help us out the very next day. They organized an electrician for us as well and kept communication up with us the whole time. They will be our go to plumbers from now on! Highly recommended.

My gas water system stopped working on Sunday, phoned them up at 8am,by 9:30am they were at my house, replaced my 11yr old unit with a brand new one, all fix and working by 11am, excellent service A+++,definitely would recommend this company

Excellent Professional Service. Rang on a public holiday to say my hot water cylinder was leaking. Was given verbal advise over phone with what to do. Received a text the next day at 8.10am and they were at my house by 10.00am. New cylinder installed the very next day so only without hot water for 2 days. I would highly recommend this company.

I come into work to a flooded workshop, burst sink pipe. Instant Plumbing were out to fix it within the hour. I highly recommend the team at Instant Plumbing.

I booked them to come on a certain day and took time off work in order to be home. No one showed up, nor called me to inform me of any schedule changes. I eventually phoned them and asked them why this had happened and they told me there was some kind of mix up. I asked them when they would be able to rectify this and said that I would be leaving a 1star review if they were unable to make it right. So, they got some people out the very next day and fixed everything. A manager told me that they would wave the fee in the hopes that it would restore my faith in them, and at the time it absolutely did. However, they are now hounding me for payment and claiming to have never said this. I have now just found out they are taking me to Baycorp to recover their loses. I called them and the Boss was aggressive, angry and swore at me on a number of occasions. He claimed to have told me that I would still have to cover the sub-contractors costs, but that was never communicated at the time. Go elsewhere.

Fantastic service, needed a emergency plumbing!!! From the time I phoned them, on a weekend about water bursting in the bathroom/ laundry to put in a new washing maching in. The young man came in 20 minutes. Professional and speedy find where to turn off the water. Very helpful. He saved the day. Highly recommend this company. I'll be using them in the future. 10/10.
