Mr Mike, Mr Hamish and their boss are the best.I had few issues with my New car Toyato Mark X ZIO. Did not enjoy my experience here at all- buying my first car. I was treated really nicely when I was interested in purchasing a car and when I purchased the car. The minute my car broke down (1 day after picking it up) and I asked for the 5-day money back guarantee I was treated absolutely poorly. Not impressed.

The staff here were amazing in getting me into a new car....well first NZ owner any way.Even though the car essentially broke down only after having it for about 6 hours (that's 30min of driving time) I took the car back and they immediately got me into a loan vehicle and got the car away to be fixed,The car hasn't had an issue since I'm happy to report and any time I need a new vehicle will always look at Turners' first.

Brought my first car here a year ago. Got it from auction and got a great deal a $6k for less then $3k including fees. Never had an issue with it. They do amazing safety check and inspections on the cars before they sell them. I've recommended then to everyone.

The vehicle I purchased at auction (sight unseen) was exactly as described in the vehicle condition guide. Better still, it came with two keys when I was expecting just one! Vehicle was ready for collection when I arrived from airport with the staff being very attentive and helpful.
