Excellent service, and super helpful. Went in to see them in morning in Te Awamutu and then headed into Hamilton.They got me all sorted within the day!!!

Turned up at 5.30pm - door unlocked so presumably open for busiiness. Took in goods for drycleaning and told that they dont have time to process the items and take them for drycleaning. I explained we had come from across town at Rototuna through rush hout traffic. Told bluntly there is a a drycleaner in Rototuna - try them. We have used this drycleaner for years - not again after this.

I was thoroughly disappointed with the service from this business. I handed in a jacket on Thursday for express service because I needed it by Friday. Promised for Friday at 2. I was in Auckland Friday at the film studio doing a shoot. Rushed back to Hamilton got there at 5pm. They gave me the jacket and told me they didn't clean it because their machine broke down. I was told but we did phone you. How that was helpful when I was in Auckland I don't know. Will NEVER use them again and would advise folks to avoid them. Disgusting service.

Great value, service and turnaround for a dry cleaned dinner jacket. Even sewed 4 new buttons as a complimentary offering- I was quoted $50 for that from another shop and was going to do it myself. Great touch

Been using these guys for years and am extremely happy with the cleaning, finishing and presentation of my clothing. Staff are great to deal with and I wouldn't ever consider using anyone else. Thanks guys. Jake

Used these guys every week for nearly 2 years! They are great. The early opening meant I could get in early before work and shirts were usually ready 1-2 days later and fully pressed. Great service. Sadly we moved.

We gave my daughters expensive Zara overcoat to Vogue for dry cleaning. The coat was near new, in a perfect condition & had never been washed or dry cleaned before. I was absolutely shocked to see the state of the overcoat when I collected it from Vogue after they had dry cleaned it. All the seams of the inner lining had been ripped open. I pointed this out to the counter staff at the time but because we had prepaid the dry cleaning charge they were not ready to accept any fault or responsibility for the damage. The manager also came out to speak to me but there was no apology or empathy from them, they claimed that the damages must have been manufacturers fault. There were a couple of spot stains on the sleeve which had not been cleaned in the dry clean process & the manager advised that they could 'try' to dry it clean again at a cost. I would not recommend this service ever to anyone. We would have gone to Fair Go if we were not in a hurry for the overcoat to be fixed for an upcoming trip.Please see pictures of the overcoat, this is after some of the rips have already been fixed by us.
