I discovered these products at the end of 2022. An advertisement popped up on FB and I ventured to buy a full set of kitchen products at once. The design and price were very attractive and acceptable for a large set of items. The description was very clear. What was my joy and aesthetic pleasure when I received my set. The description coincided with expectations. I recommend it to anyone who loves quality and reasonable price.

Great products. Appalling customer service. I have loved and ordered Surmanti gifts for a few years now. I have also recommended their products to friends, families and coworkers, and know they have purchased products as a result. I recently made a sizable order for a friend's 50th Birthday. The parcel never arrived. These things happen, but my repeated attempts to locate my missing Surmanti shipment with Surmanti has been frustrating beyond belief! Terrible communication. Promises to get back to me have not been kept. Lack of any follow up. They have basically taken my money and not delivered. I have requested a refund, as is my right under the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair Trading Act, and am still waiting...Not good enough, especially given this was such a special occasion for a special friend. I will no longer be buying or recommending Surmanti as a result of the bad experience.

Beautiful products, ideal for gifts, everyone loves them and starts buying their own, which is how I came to find Surmanti. The service is amazing and arrives withing a couple of days of placing the order, even prior to Xmas. Highly recommend this product and company.

Seriously some of the highest quality and most stunning products ever purchased. Everyone should know about this brand and the fact that it’s NZ made is even better! It delivers over night almost every time and from candles to night cream EVERYTHING is amazing.If I had unlimited money I would spend it at this shop.
