You did not respond to my msgs and you did not transfer any money nor did you show up when you said you would even though we waited around all Sunday for you.I hope no one else has the experience I had with you.

Mechanic done an awesome job doing repairs to our, the downfall is the receptionist is unprofessional, rude an needs alot of help with customer service, not only did she approach us with attitude, she also done the same to 2 other customers while we were there, when we first went in I enquired about a courtesy car, the mechanic at the time said yes they do have courtesy cars, when we booked our car in for wof repairs, an asked about a courtesy car due to us having small children, the receptionist said they don't have courtesy now who's lying, at the same time she is raising her voice at my husband over this, also another customer came in frustrated at her asked for her money back an the response was the money Winz paid, disgusting behaviour, we will no longer be using this garage based on your ignorant customer service
