Tommy is a great host, and makes you very comfortable in the chair. Loves a chat and discuss any given topic as presented. Very eager to learn, makes you feel very welcome and listens well to what you exactly want. good haircuts too!

Great facility but with the blandest exterior architecture that gives no hint it houses a creative hub. There is no engagement with passers by at street level either. Only discovered it existed when my daughter's dance classes moved there. I've been involved in planning and financing 3 of these types of hubs in Sydney and this one is a fail compared with those: Riverside, Powerhouse Ultimo and National art school. It's apparently underutilized which is understandable. The wider Te Aro precinct" is also a non planning disaster. Creative hubs should energise and interact with the wider precinct but this doesn't. Where's the precinct plan? Just cheap and nasty high rise residential west on Dixon

The free student barbers at Te ahua are cool, motivated guys who do a good job while getting experience with your hair.

Best barber ever !Students are super friendly and helpful, let alone the joyful tutor Damond. The service is on point, i visited this barber for about 8 times in a year and always happy with my haircut.Strongly recommended !!!

The barber shop is amazing, definitely as good and professional as any non free barber shop I went. I got a new style hair cut whichi is pretty good.
