We visited for the first time today after booking simulated racing online. We made the decision with our boys to do the rally option and booked it. When we arrived we were advised the Rally option was not an option palmy has even though it allowed us to book it online which was a little bit of a let down. Total cost for our family of four to do this for one hour was $200. The explaining of how to use it was extremely brief and personally took myself 10 minutes of racing before I realised how to actually brake. We wore headsets to be able to communicate with each other but only two worked out of the four which again was a bit of a let down especially when spending this kind of money. The overall experience was fun especially for my boys however the price is quite high for what you get and the explaining /customer service from website and booking to in person needs work and the headset issue definitely needs to be rectified.

Awesome experience, the people were lovely and nice from the very start to the end. Very helpful and patient when we were struggling. Were allowed to play games with our remaining time after finishing our exscape room, which was a blast of a time too. The vr smooth and clear. The only thing they need to improve is the microphones so the customers can hear their instructions better

Unknown to us, we booked really soon after their (soft) opening. I wasn't sure what to expect but figured my partner would enjoy it for his Birthday. 10/10 would recommend it!Having never done VR before (and not really being overly interested in the past), I will now definitely be making time to go back - it is super fun! The team are very welcoming and reassuring, if you aren't sure what to do, if you'll enjoy it etc they will talk you through every step of the way. No frights/scares if you don't want them but they will also challenge you to give things a go and you will be glad you did. If you don’t know what to book – call them! Can't recommend it enough.
