Mawley Holiday Park

We used the PDS this morning, got amazing and friendly service from a lady at the park. The PDS is easy to access in a large motorhome and has potable water. Thank you for such an awesome facility.

It were a blast staying there. Great staff, very accommodating. Facilities are clean, and rooms are great. Close to the town. Great value for money.

We have just driven down from another campsite, en route to the southern island, and we were running a wee bit late due to the beautiful scenery along the way.Upon arriving at the reception area, there was no one there, guess they have gone back.A quick check in the key drop off box, we found an envelope addressed to us, so nice of them to make such arrangements.Our powered campsite was just a stone's throw away from the shower facilities. And with the sun setting and a very beautiful sunset it does make a very beautiful evening coupled with a very cool temperature.While the location is near the main street, we did not have any issue with loud vehicles driving past at night, and no sandflies were observed. As such we can whip out our cooking equipment and have ourselves a nice cook up beside our vehicle, choosing not to use their kitchen as there are a few users utilising it.The shower room was the most spacious we have enjoyed, and we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the design and layout, the hot water shower is nothing short of excellent and we also used the coin operated washing machine and dryer too, our clothes came out clean and dry, another excellent point given.The campground owner also came and paid us a visit, ensuring we are comfortable with our short stay and even recommended a few locations nearby for us to visit if time permits.Will definitely return and recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice place to chill.

Spotless , quiet & warm unit . The Hostess was a pleasure to deal with . The accommodation was very reasonable priced too . Close to the city centre & walking tracks .

What a pleasant experience, I booked online 1 day before arriving which was straight forward via their website. Prompt reply re the covid19 disclaimer. Outstanding proprietors very friendly and more than helpful. Internet wasnt very good but it did suffice. Rooms were clean tidy and simple with air-cond, the beds were comfortable and excellent amenities. Excellent value for the low money to stay. Thanks so much.

Nicely laid out camping grounds in a great location to visit Masterton. Plenty of toilets and showers, kitchen area and tv lounge. Friendly helpful staff. They have cabins, powered sites and plenty of tent sites .

Haven't stayed here as I'm a local but it seems like a popular place and is in a very handy location.

Plenty of bathrooms, very good kitchen area, everything clean and tidy, it's extremely close to the town centre. Set beside the river, it's a great base from which to explore the Wairarapa.

Stayed here while my nana was in hospital, good location, good rooms nice with the electric blankets and heat pump coming from a warmer country to NZ in winter. Would definitely recommend for that price is very reasonable.
