The best customer service! The shop owner (I assume) knew all of the names of his customers as they filtered in and out whilst I grabbed a few bits, he was super friendly and accommodating.

This place used to have the best hot chips , now they are absolutely disgusting , I'm also not a fan of mixing old soggy chips with new ones . The old fellow who worked there was great , now the new people are very unfriendly, definitely wont be going back .

Definitely the best dairy in Dunedin!! It's always busy but for good reason. Great customer service and the best fries in town! They are always so polite to all the kids at the local school who are always in the dairy. Great job!

The students favorite dairy. Food available after a hard night out for the youngsters and we can smell the fried chicken outside specially on Fridays. This shop has been here forever according to our neighbours who has been living in the area for 25 years.

My daughters had a terrible experience. They were overcharged for the items they bought, and they were waiting in the line for FIFTEEN minutes while the woman behind the counter waited (not serving anyone else) for a customer's chips to be cooked. She wiped her nose on her hand before picking up our items. She couldn't have cared less. I'm disappointed because I'm a long-term customer. I won't be coming back anytime soon.
