Misdiagnosed issue, I had to wear the cost for that. Invoice priced out wrong therefore being told I owed an extra $300 a week after paying the invoice. Would of appreciated having the original 0² sensor given back to me as the new one put in didn't even resolve the engine light issue. I ended up going to M45 Subaru Specialist's in Christchurch which I'd highly highly recommend these guys. M45 are straight to the point-highly knowledgeable on Subarus and how they work plus have parts that i needed in stock, parts that I was told by Daymans would be 12 weeks ex Japan. Happy new year.

Our experience with Daymans was not good at all. Vehicle taken in for repair twice. Car engine blew up while driving. PSI had dropped but it was never explained how serious this was. We had no idea. Very stressful and expensive result. Went to Small Claims Court where judge found in our favour. Did not provide adequate service or more importantly, advice . Did not comply with level of Service under Consumer Guarantee Act and therefore negligent. Be very wary. They talk the talk but do not do an adequare job or give proper timely advice.

Terrible experience. Had 2 deals through them before and both were terrible. The first cost me thousands of dollars because they couldn't complete the job correctly and when an obvious problem was happening in front of them they declined to fix it. The second time was through business and the parts team there showed no interest in helping and were completely uninterested. I tried to be reasonable but it wasn't worth the energy.

Great friendly team, helpful with my car issues. Didn't try to over sell and do more than needed.

Bought a $25,000 used car. They agreed to do certain bodywork before sale complete. Told the day I picked it up they wouldnt do one repair that was already agreed . Wrote to owner with complaint who couldnt even be bothered to reply. Will never use again and will tell anyone I know of my experience. Thats the cost of a $80 repair my friends....Think on about customer service in the future. I buy a new car every 1 to 2 years but never through you again.

Great place to buy your next car from, all staff are helpful and know what they're talking about. Very friendly atmosphere

05/05/23 - Enquired about a car via TradeMe. No response received.08/05/23 - Sent another enquiry and a voicemail from Kieran was left the same day advising car was sold and listing withdrawn.09/05/23 - Received call re: sale falling through so it's available again. Submitted finance documents that afternoon.10/05/23 - Received a text saying docs are being reviewed. Finance forms shared with Scott via Google Drive.11/05/23 - Payslips shared with Scott via Google Drive.16/05/23 - Chased the application status only to have a text reply advising another salesman sold the vehicle before they could pass on the documents to the finance company (TradeMe listing was pulled 12/05/23). An apology was received and the reason given was being flat out with the manual process of the application.Disappointed with the overall process and handling of this. Do not recommend at all.

Excellent service, service is well priced & fast. Staff are well informed about each vehicle the service & offer great advice. Car cleaned after service too

Worst service iv ever had from a car company and extremely expensive...waste of time certainly dont reccomend...after weeks of delays and no contact I got told to wait a few hours while they fixed my car, I got back they had done close to nothing and charged me $400
