I recently had the pleasure of visiting this physiotherapy place and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention that was provided to me. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist and made to feel comfortable.My sessions with Jay, were exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about my condition and took the time to explain the treatment plan and what to expect. Jay was very attentive and always made sure that I was comfortable during the sessions. He was patient with my questions and made sure I understood the exercises and stretches he prescribed for me.What sets this physiotherapy place apart from others is the level of customer service. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, always happy to help and make sure that their patients are comfortable. The facilities are clean and modern, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment for treatment.Overall, I highly recommend this physiotherapy place for anyone in need of rehabilitation or physiotherapy services. The care and attention that Jay and the staff provide are exceptional, and I left each session feeling better and more informed about my condition. Emily Lo is my husband's Physiotherapist, who is very caring, professional, thoughtful and bilingual therapist. We really like her and recommend her to other patients. The environment in this clinic is nice and clean with great facilities. The reception is also very nice and kind. We highly recommend this clinic to other patients.

I have to say that as a very non-sporty person I was a bit apprehensive about going to Roland Jeffery Physio after injuring my shoulder. But I had been recommended to see Janina so off I went, and I was immediately put at ease!She is so kind and caring, and along with her great sense of humour, she made me feel very welcome and relaxed. She explains things clearly and the work she does and the exercises she’s given me are really making a big difference to my healing. Thanks Janina :)I would 100% recommend coming here, the parking is great, the facilities are top notch and all the staff seem super nice. You won’t regret it.

Janina has been treating my Mum (Joan) for sciatic nerve pain. She was really thorough with her assessment and the treatment plan that she has developed has given excellent results. Also, Janina is very professional and always cheerful/friendly. The online booking service is really convenient too.

From my first visit I was very impressed with the clinic. Receptionists very friendly. Hamish who has been treating me for a sore ankle has been very professional and helpful. Very happy with my treatment. I would like to learn more about participating in the Pilates class or the Gym facilities the clinic offer.I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs Physio treatment. My daughter has been visiting physio Janina and Bianca since spraining her ankle. The staff are really lovely and take their time to get to know my daughter and really helped us through the process of getting her better for her dance competitions a week later. The online booking process is easy and I can always get appointments to suit.

Having played sport for most of my life I was so thankful that as I got older, I found Roland Jeffery and his team of physios. Anna Barlow and Roland himself have both been awesome in managing my injuries and surgical recovery with both physiotherapy and Pilates. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

This is my third visit to Roland Jeffery all related to injury to my lower backMy current Physiotherapist is Jay Lee.When making my booking using your online Booking portal which was very easy to navigate I chose Jay because of his experience. He had graduated in 2017 and would have 6 years of experience which gave me confidence to select him.On my first visit he was be able ascertain what the likely problem was and proceeded with treatment which has proven very successful.I am almost back to normal and I thank Jay for that.Satya Maharaj
