We brought in our mower for a service, which they claimed was serviced but when we were traveling home we noticed the smell of petrol in the car had become overpowering. When we arrived home we noticed petrol pooled in the body bay of the mower. We rung them and they said bring it back in, which we did. 45 minute drive each way. They said they checked it and it was ok. Got home again just to find petrol in the body bay again. We rung them to ask for a refund because we were not prepared to travel that distance again, when it was meant to be a simple service. The mower didn't have any issues with petrol leaking before the service so it was something that they had done while servicing. They refused us a refund which is totally rude for a business to do. We ended up taking it somewhere else and they told us it was a washer in the sump that had been put in incorrectly. This is not acceptable for a business they deals in mowers to have gotten wrong twice. I would never touch this business again!!!! So be warned that they basically take no responsibility for their bad workmanship at all and refuse refunds on their bad workmanship.

Great service here. They know their lawn mowers and stuff there. New and second hand. Go visit.

I received a rude, immature and irrational response to my query/complaint. Was shouted at, interrupted and hung up on. Cannot recommend.

No service here at all. One man was just standing out the front talking, we weren't acknowledged at all. Don't recommend this place to anyone.

Very helpful. Did a great job on servicing my lawnmower (last done 10ish years ago) runs and cuts like new. Price was very reasonable

Mike was good and helpful but unfortunately had a bad experience here. Sorry guys not recommending.

Place seems so nice. U will feel a difference of structure which I liked. If u try the directions through Google maps, it says the place is closed by 5pm. But the filling station runs as a self service. Prices are comparatively cheaper too.
