Here from Melbourne and came in for some urgent facial skin issues expecting to get sent to a dermatologist but ended up with an extremely knowledgeable doctor who took their time, was super thorough and helped without me needing to go anywhere else! The practice itself is new and very comfortable. I felt welcomed, listened to and really taken care of the minute I stepped in. Super happy and would highly recommend for anyone looking for some great long term doctors! I know where I'm going next time I need when back in Auckland. Thank you so much!

Caring and kind GPs and nurses. The refurbishment and extension to the building has significantly added to an already excellent experience. This medical practice gives me confidence that my family are being taken care of. Thank you very much RRMC!!!

Received excellent care for my infant son, was booked in very quickly for an appointment with the doctor, who was right on time and gave a quick and accurate diagnosis and plan of care. Very happy with our experience here!

Left as we got very tired of never being able to get appt with our doctor even weeks in advance. Changed doctor still the same problem. Appts are always runiing late - so not great if you have a job. Used to be good now it’s just a business.

It's a nice Clinic and fine for a cold. Initially recommended to many of my friends but most have come back with poor reviews. Not good for women or mental health services.

Great if you need just a review appointment for a prescription but if you try to get a same day appointment - or you are sick and want to see your GP within a day or so - it’s almost impossible.Used to be an incredible, caring place.

Richmond road is one of the BEST medical places around, James Betham has been my doctor since i was 3 im now turning 23 !I can not praise him and all of the doctors/Nurses at richmond road.I have never left there feeling i was not heard or felt like i wasnt treated well.

For the first time In my life I have finally found an amazing doctor!!! Dr Sophie was the first doctor to pick up on my Epilepsy seizures after five years of getting told the were ‘anxiety attacks’And for that I will never see any other doctor as long as I’m in Auckland!

I have been a patient here for twenty years .All the doctors who I have consulted have been though ,holistic and interested in my welfare .The nurses and receptionists have been professional, friendly and helpful .My current doctor is Paul Charlick who I can not speak highly enough about.

I have only had amazing service at this medical centre for myself and family. The Richmond Road staff have gone the extra mile for us so many times, we are so lucky to have such excellent medical service. The doctors are always very thorough and helpful, they take the time to make sure they get the full picture.I have just recently been seeing Dr Anthony Fraser and can’t fault his service, very accommodating and explains everything so I understand well.
