They are pretty decent and honest people and very patient. I love the video they made up for the car owner to see what exactly wrong with your vehicle. Just a little be aware even carry with the same company’s name it still could give you a wrong quote. Takanini’s is the best compared to the other two stores I have done business with in the past, thank you guys. ❤️

Great customer service, staff were super friendly and welcoming. I was greeted at my car door when I arrived, I was able to talk about what I needed taking care of as soon as I existed my car. Once we discussed what the issue was we talked about the price and I was given a discount on my service right away. Really appreciate this place I will be back again in the future

Had an appointment for 11am on the 10th of July. Had a horrible experience with the indian man in the front office. Very rude and condescending. Held up his hand and told me to wait as he was talking with another customer (I wasn’t even trying to interrupt! I just walked in!). Told him what my appointment was for (CV boot replacement and front treads replacement- this has already been discussed with someone else the week before when I made my appointment in person). Kept insisting that my back treads needed replacing and making rude comments like “do you even love your life” very poor customer service with very rude and arrogant front man.

Dropped in my tyre which had a puncture. Rang them back and the guy said yip all good tyre was fixed. went in there to pick up tyre just before closing and found this wasn't the case, the tyre wasn't repairable and no one contacted me and communicated this with me. had to drive home to the Waikato in wet weather on space saver wheel, needless to say I wasn't very happy with Tonys tyre service Takanini, zero stars.

Went to fix a puncture tyre. One of the crew member advised it can’t get fixed, will need to put a new tyre which was costing me $250.Then I went to another shop for second advise in Takanini and they fixed it in $30.Don’t recommend to anyone

Today I went in for what I thought was a tube repair. However Asis came back n showed me photos of my 2 back tyres that hadn't been replaced since 2015. Just about no outer walls. That's shocking.After my initial realisation We sorted the cost and I felt very comfortable with the way both Asis's & Warren's customer service was handled. Nothing was too hard to explain.I even got use of the courtesy car.Thank you both very much.
