Chilled out! All the staff were super friendly and Emi made us have a great time! Cheerful person who knows his stuff.

My very first Ice bar experience here in Queenstown. There was 5 of us (2 under 18yrs) and we didn’t pre-book. We arrived around 3pm and only had to wait about 10mins as there were too many people already inside. Once some left, we paid our entry fee which included the hire of a jacket and gloves, a free cocktail or mocktail and the chilly experience of being colder than cold (minus 7 to be exact) The space is smaller than I thought but the coolness of the experience was massive! There were ice sculptures, ice chairs and tables, an ice bar and your drinking glass was ice also. Important not to place your phone directly on the ice! The cocktail was yummy and music pumping. Your ice glass should last you the entire experience and you can smash this in a large ice bin before you exit the bar. We didn’t stay long, as it was freezing but long enough to drink our cocktails/mocktails, take some happy snaps and embrace the experience. Highly recommend a visit.

An amazing experience. Great value for money considering how cool the sculptures are and how tasty the cocktails are. The bartender, Jodi, was incredible and made the experience just that much better, helping us take photos and giving us recommendations. All the other staff were also lovely. Quite cheap drinks overall. Highly recommend!!

Minus 5 ice bar was such a ‘cool’ bucket list experience. We booked tickets last minute and are so glad we did. A small space with amazing sculptures. Not overloaded with people. Yummy drinks. Lovely staff - kudos to Emi.

The place is so amazing that I recommend everyone to visit atleast once. The drinks were awesome. There was a limited crowd so we did enjoy ourselves to the most. Mesmerising experience to be here. Staff is very polite and cooperative.

Great experience to enjoy, a small but fun space full of sculptures and great friendly staff, especially Nina - she's awesome! It's definitely worth a visit and a warming shot or two whilst you are there. Also, the first time I've ever smashed my 'glass' (without getting chucked out of the establishment, at least...)

Such a cool experience (pun intended). Great staff and delicious drinks all round, best part is getting to smash your (ice) glass at the end in the bin provided!

A modern day Eskimo bar. Enjoy some cocktails and mocktails in this frozen bar filled with hand crafted ice sculptures and unique ambiance. Your drink is served in a custom made ice glass which you get to thrash at the end. A warm jacket and gloves are provided on entry. Staff are friendly. Afternoons are a perfect time if you want to take the kids. Spaces are limited so best to book beforehand.
