Huge thanks to Ben and Roman at EvoKapiti. Absolutely stellar service and help with many, many questions. Extremely happy with our bikes, one we rolled off the shop floor, and one they built up for us in next to no time over the Christmas break, both customised out with new pedals etc. Wouldn't shop anywhere else. This is where you want to go if you want bikes.

Very unhelpful. Not a family friendly store. The kids bikes are locked up. Scooters are on display (not allowed to test apparently) $180 scooters you want to be able to test. When we were eventually served the female staff member was extremely rude. We were in the market for two kids bikes and two scooters (upwards of $900). We couldn’t get out of there fast enough!

I've been waiting for the Large 2023 Trek Roscoe (Sand) for ages. Popped into see the team in Taupo that knew one had just arrived in Dunedin and very quickly it was mine - and delivered to me in Wellington. Great advice, great pricing and the bike is everything as good as the team promised it would be - awesome, friendly and passionate team - cheers

I just bought my first e-bike (a Trek Verve+2) and am really happy with the bike and the service from Evo. Roman was super helpful in helping me work through options - explained things clearly, didn't make me feel pressured in any way, and really took the time to find out what I needed and what would be best for me. When I picked the bike up, Roman again went through everything carefully and provided great assistance in choosing a helmet and other accessories. As a novice e-bike rider and owner, I appreciated his calm and helpful approach and feel really confident about the ongoing support I'll be getting from Evo. Thanks!

I have been helped by the guy with the beard (sorry I forgot his name) who is absolutely incredible. Knows his stuff, is super friendly, and very helpful! You get instantly happy because of the way he treats his customers! I would almost damage something on my bike to come in and have a chat with him, haha!

Couldn't have asked for a better buying experience from the team at Evo! I bought the Giant Roam E+ and am really happy with both the bike and the customer service. Ben really took his time to make sure I was well informed before riding off home on my new bike, it was really helpful to have him get me up to speed on the ins and outs on owning an eBike, 10/10 customer service. As I was riding it home, I did not have a bag to take the charger, so Jonathan went the extra mile and delivered the charger/box to my home which was fantastic and greatly appreciated. Euan was also very helpful with my first visit to Evo and helped me narrow down what I wanted out of an e-bike.

Went to the Kapiti store to enquire about a new seat for my new bike after experiencing some tailbone pain after riding. Staff selected two seats for me to try and I am very happy with the one I selected. They were able to put the new seat on for me, and also very kindly suggested I bring in the new stand I had purchased separately, and put it on for me while I waited! The new stand addition was free of charge, although I was more than happy to pay for the service. They are awesome!
