Had an eye test this morning as I'd had some concerns come up.. Starting with the lovely Callie who did my pre test, then to Pieter who was my optometrist. Incredibly professional, thorough, personable and courteous. The ladies downstairs; Jenny, Alicia, Sam B, and Gillian were all so helpful with frame styles for me as I had absolutely no idea what to get. And Alicia helped me get the best lens options for what my concerns were. Thank you all so much. Could not recommend your store and service enough.

I had to get the silicone pads replaced on my glasses because I broke mine. I had James help me with replacing them and he was very helpful. Very bubbly person and he greeted me straight away when I walked into the store and asked what I needed. He was very helpful because he replaced the pads and informed me that if it needed to be done again to come into shop and they would be happy help. He was quick in replacing the pads and overall, I had a great experience there.

They had to remake my glasses 3 times, my lenses are pretty standard, yet the didn't fit the frame causing distortions ...... 3 timesIn the end they asked ME want I wanted them to do about it !!!!!!!I thought that was a pretty stupid thing to say to an unhappy customerI asked for a refund, which they stuffed up and charged me again, then refunded a menial amount. Went and purchased new glasses from a more professional optometrist. Paid a lot more but very satisfied - you cant beat good service and quality, no matter how cheap you are

Best customer service in Hamilton, the glasses technician James fixed a pair of glasses that had seen better days, he was very helpful and he deserves a payrise. I'm very satisfied with the outcome and if there was another star added for this rating I'd use that too :)

This was my first time here and it was such a delightful, easy, experience they are my new go-to. Also- I was choosing new frames by myself, and what you often need is an objective opinion, two gals were so helpful that it cut down what for me is usually hours to choose, down to a sweet as twenty minutes. I love my new frames! Excellent, efficient, friendly customer care across the whole team. Thanks ladies!

Absolutely world class service. The nose piece of my glasses had been troubling me for weeks. Stepped in and was greeted my Jenny who had my glasses sorted in minutes. Extremely courteous. Would recommend for all your optometry needs.
