Customer service at masterton branch ewans glass is terrible. The woman is very rude and has zero customer service skills. The other staff wouldnt accept responsibility for wrongdoing to my windscreen. Would never go back there and wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there.

Not impressed. Booked an appointment for a windscreen repair. Couldn't get in for 2 weeks. Then they didn't show up. Apparently the glass they had to order did not arrive. But nobody phoned to let me know. Terribly service guys. I decide to go elsewhere.
