Been to flight centre albany a few times over the years. I recently went in to flight centre and saw one of the ladies who wasn’t as helpful and didn’t seem that interested in helping, I went back a second time and dealt with Hilary who was super helpful and lovely, great communication, was very happy with the service I received! Fiona was awesome see her if possible she planned our whole trip it was so easy we just got back what a trip loved everything thing we got to experience we didn't want to come home lol.

Shocking service! Once you start with one agent no-one else will help you, even if they are on sick leave. I had to micromanage the entire trip to make sure everything was booked and followed up. Once I paid I had no responses from my agent. Just kept being pushed to assistance support line. It would have been less stressful to book it all myself. NEVER AGAIN!

Had a really positive experience with Albany Flight Centre booking a family holiday to Hawaii. We were looked after by Lewis and Alex, who were both fantastic.We managed to get a much better deal than we could have got from Expedia which really surprised me.The after sales service has also been excellent, queries and requests have been dealt with promptly.We will definitely be back!

There's definitely room for improvement. I could not book my flights due to website issues and phone lines not working. By the time I got through to a person, my flights price had increased by $90 ... please pick up your game Flight Centre. I'm a long-term customer and I don't want to have to take my business elsewhere
