Edit for context: The staff here told me it'll take a week to restring my guitar, then condescendingly told me that I should know how to do it myself. They may be right, but it's strange they'll rather turn away business than do an easy job. 2 stars because the other staff are usually polite.

Horrible service. Snarky staff and barely knew process of guitar services even with 3 people standing around.Only saving grace is that they had what I wanted in stock but that too was a lucky find cause they were so under stocked.
