Nice clean cars. Very polite sevice agent. Most helpful. Dispite all that was good, I just wish they wouldn't assume I will accept an upgrade to a bigger car. I want the car I ordered!

friendly enough but they don't have paywave or contactless credit card facilities and need to record your card and licence details.once they update their credit card terminals maybe they'll be easier to deal with, but with their ancient processes and inability to join this century from a technology point of view you should avoid these guys.

This is the best service in New Zealand. We went there a few time and every time they were such a professional. There You can Fill a real hospitality and welcome. We used to do relocation from them to Auckland city. All cars was very clean and tidy, even for relocation. They do a great job there.Thank You for all guys.

We booked and paid additional for the eco-friendly hybrid corolla but were given the standard corolla. We emailed their reservations team and they responded ‘ I have looked at your contract, and it does say that you were given one of our eco-friendly Toyota Corolla Hybrids. You may need to contact Wellington city to reconfirm but the contract does say a hybrid.’

I left my sunglasses in the car I returned to Wellington Dixon St. When I rang back to arrange pick up, they said they weren’t there. No one else would have had access to the vehicle. Also disappointed they did not ring me back to give me further update after I asked them to check with other staff on duty.

If there is 0 star, its 0 for me. What a scam, put a deposit of $210 for a rental car, after 7 days they said its going to br in my bank account, 14 days in counting they said they cant give it back because for excess reduction that i did NOT agreed. And incidentally my excess is $210.23. the exact amount of the refund! The car was in good condition, fueled full and clean when we brought it back. Its cost us $560 for rental plus they want to take the $210 deposit for a 4 day rent. What a scam. Im so dissapointed. They just keep going around in circles not giving my money back.

Getting in from the airport into the Budget Office took longer than the actual FLIGHT to Wellington!The staff.and service was impeccable on site and the vehicle was a next to brand new Holden Barina.I dont rent vehicles from Budget or Herz, Avis any longer due to them being far.from.compeditive.... however this wee SPORTS is very comfortable and very economical...

We rented a car here six days ago and returned it at AUK. The location was convenient, within walking distance of our hostel and Te Papi. The staff was friendly and explained everything we needed to know thoroughly. We received an upgrade which was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.
