has dispenser for tokens and can use tokens to get little pkts powder for the machines. Use tokens for the machines too

First and last time coming here.Had to change my $20 inside the machine only to find out i got 10 tokens worth no value. Wanted a $10 wash not $20.

Great place , very busy at times .Prices not unreasonable.Customers help each other when needed ,or at least helped me ,which I have greatly appreciated ..The down side is not being able to change new bank notes for the 2$ required to put in the machines ,and no - one being there after hours to assist , so unless you have plenty of 2$ and 1$ coins , as well as soap powder, it can be very much a nuisance.

I had lunch at Salinity which is the restaurant at the Bridge Marina. The Scallops were perfectly cooked soft and sweet and the vegetables were cooked perfectly as well, very well seasoned with a hint of garlic, very enjoyable.The young lady in the coffee container makes a great oat, soy or milk brew, I particularly like the oat milk latte 5 stars from me

I was a first-time one-off user of this service owing to being a visitor to Tauranga during constant wet weather holidays. The machinery is in good working order. There are ample instructions to assist, BUT it's a bit of a pain changing cash / charging credit cards for a service that uses special tokens. And you don't know how many you will actually need. I had to get minimum credit spend of $10 to use $6 worth of tokens. I had to give the unused tokens away. That might be convenient for the business owner, but not the customer! But, mission accomplished with ease.

Love this place, first time user. Really clean and cool because the heat is sent out ofbthe building.Small wash 25mins, came out super clean.Also, people leave their laundry powder behind,( im thinking backpackers or people on the go who dont have room to carry powder in their back packs) which is so lovely of them. Thank you Laundry Powder Ferry, we love you
