We bought a mazda from these guys and I must say they have been fantastic. We had the unfortunate experience of breaking down on our way home to Palmerston North. No problems, these fellows booked the car into Maxda Blenheim who did a first rate repair job on it. HVS Motors also picked up our accomadation and rental car bill for our extra couple of days in Blenheim. As the ad for L V Martin used to say Its the putting right that counts"Thanks to John and Campbell at HVS Motors in Christchurch. We will certainly go back to them should we need another vehicle."

The team at HVS are outstanding. The initial purchase was a smooth process (we are North Island based so the purchase was online and the car was safely shipped to us), but what has been most impressive is that 15 months *after* the purchase (when our Leaf developed an unfortunate major mechanical fault), HVS played a huge part in getting us back on the road - making a difficult situation for us considerably easier. It's this much later (after sales) support that really speaks volumes. (At this stage, many other dealers would not want to know, let alone be part of the solution.) If you're looking for an EV specialist who stands by their product and sale, we'd strongly recommend HVS.

bought a 2013 nissan serena sight unseen. all my questions answered with pictures. all concerns attended. very straight forward. took me 3weeks to get the car from christchurch to auckland. bad weather and delayed ferry contributed to the delay. cant complain. all in all satisfied with my purchase.

Bought my car back in march, what an absolute dream job they made of it, so easy! And soooo understanding when things didn’t go to plan! Kept us in the loop and made sure we were happy, gave the best price on our trade in! Couldn’t have asked for a better service, and the banter on top! We will be back again, thanks team!!!
