Really disappointed in the quality of the crockery we purchased, already one has a massive crack in it soon after buying it. Rung up to see if they could swap for the same product, the customer service was shocking, refusing us anything and saying we must of damaged it. Also the long life milk I purchased expired within 4 months, which I did not realise at the time - bit annoying. Will not be going back, better quality from Kmart.
