We cannot speak highly enough of Sophia and My Waiheke. We organised our wedding on Waiheke from Australia, and she was so incredibly valuable to us. Her knowledge of the area and connections with vendors is extremely helpful. On top of that, she is incredibly talented with styling and has a great ability to turn your vision into a reality. Our wedding was just breathtakingly beautiful and surpassed our expectations. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day because she was all over it, running the day as smooth as possible. If you are having your wedding on Waiheke… you must use My Waiheke!

Sophia and her My Waiheke crew helped us organise the most amazing wedding on Waiheke, our day was better than we could have imagine and absolutely perfect for us! She is great at understanding you vision and putting you in touch with the best vendors on the island. Her on the day organisation is absolutely amazing everything ran smoothly and according to plan, we had to do nothing but enjoy the day. If you want an amazing wedding on Waiheke then My Waiheke are the people for you!

Sophia and her team at My Waiheke really took the stress out of our wedding day by making our ceremony and reception area look absolutely beautiful. As the bride, I didn’t have the stress of worrying about the styling or set up and knew that it was going to look amazing while I relaxed. Highly recommend, it was some of the best money spent for us on our wedding.

Sophia is nothing short of amazing. Right from the beginning her communication was fantastic, she understood exactly what we wanted and gave us loads of advice when it came to styling & planning our wedding.Our wedding was on the day Auckland had one of the worst days of torrential rain in history. Still, nothing was too big or too small and Sophia made things seem seamless. It was the wedding of our dreams because she and her team were able to be agile and make things look so beautiful at Mudbrick, despite having to have the wedding inside as opposed to outside, and despite having to move everything in the pouring rain.We loved working with Sophia and would recommend her to anyone looking for help with their wedding. 10/10.

We only used the hiring service to hire table decor and linen cloths for our Waiheke Wedding, as we live overseas and wanted to rent various these items. The hiring team was really great, and really patient with me as I requested lots of different quotes in order to see the prices of different items.Vassia had excellent communication with us all weekend, and even offered to drop off the items at our AirBnb the day before so we could start putting together flower arrangements in the vases. She then picked up everything from our venue and AirBnb 'as is'...we didn't have to do anything which was amazing!I was a bit nervous as it was challenging to hire items without seeing them in person, but everything was as expected and fit our venue PERFECTLY! I'm really pleased with the items hired and the process! Thank you for helping me create a beautiful day!

We live in Sydney and decided to have our wedding on Waiheke Island in just a few weeks before the date, needless to say we had a lot to organise in a short space of time. After confirming the venue the first person I happened to call was Sophia and I am so pleased I did. Sophia is lovely, kind and generous with her time. On our first call Sophia kindly provided me with her recommendations and contacts on Waiheke Island, all of whom I quickly connected with. We wanted a relaxed wedding party to reflect our venue and who we are and Sophia effortlessly provided the perfect pieces to style our venue. We really can’t recommend Sophia highly enough.

Sophia and the team at My Waiheke are true blue professionals and masters at what they do. From the first conversation I had up until the wedding day, we were totally on the same page about the look/feel/style. I felt at ease, taken care of and knew that no matter what the big day would look outstanding. When we had to move dinner inside (originally meant to be outside) the morning of the wedding due to heavy winds, I was completely at ease with the last minute change knowing that the My Waiheke team had it handled. Lo and behold, they took my vision above and beyond to create the perfect day! Could not recommend them enough.
