Sam and John were absolutely amazing to deal with, they helped my husband and I order something hand made that was so very special to us during an extremely difficult time. They took their time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process special and enjoyable.Not once did we feel pressured or rushed, John explained that he was on hand at whatever hour to answer any questions or concerns we may have, he took us to a quiet room to finalise the design and they made us feel very comfortable.We did not feel sold to in anyway more helped along the way to design something beautiful. I am a business owner myself and staff like you have are very rare. Once again thank you so very much for your outstanding service.

I have visited this shop a few times and always get wonderful service. I have not always bought items but the service is always great. Today I did purchase some Karen Walker earrings. I must mention a particular staff member who I have dealt with most times, that is Leisa, she is a delight to deal with and a credit to your store. Thank you.

When every I walk into Sense &Wonder the sales assistants are always friendly and eager to help. I have gotten some great mothersday pieces from Pandora. It’s my go to gift store for my friends too with a range of jewellery from stolen girl friends club to Karen Walker. I also spend my partner there to look for a gift for me. The store is also beautiful and has a luxurious feel with mauve accents.

My partner bought me a birthday present from here a couple of months in advance of my birthday. When I got the gift, it wasn't for me so I wanted to exchange it. Never been out of the box, worn or anything. Unfortunately the store said I couldn't exchange it as it was past the 30 days exchange, which was unfortunate given the gift was only just received. I asked them to talk to the manager and explain the circumstance and see if there would be any leniency but regrettably they declined. Although I know it is outside the exchange period, I was hoping for some common sense and understanding. This is the second time I've had a less than ideal experience here.

I went into the store today to buy Meadowlark earrings and was not even acknowledged. The young assistants were with other customers at the time, so I waited. Once they had finished, one walked right by me and was about to go into the back, but by that time I had waited for about 12 minutes. I am not impressed with the service ettiqutte.A friendly greeting would have surfficed, or I will be with you shortly. There were 3 assistants in the shop."

Love spoiling myself at Sense and Wonder, they literally have the kindest and most helpful staff! Bought a ring, but it ended up being too big on me and the exchange process was so easy and even got it ordered for me because they didn't have my size! xx

Not sure where to start.I could not rate this store high enough, but this is the best that google would allow. Great service from the team, honestly I wouldn’t have known what to do without the team’s input on which ring to buy. Staff have always been soooo welcoming and accommodating. Spending money on jewellery could be a mission especially looking for something you’d love for a long time, but Molly, Lisa and the rest of the team were so patient in helping my fiancé and I to pick the best ring. Thanks Sense and Wonder team for your great service☺️
