The Warehouse Palmerston North

I am looking for helium gas with my child who is having her birthday. I asked one of the worker who is doing online order and asked nicely. She replied there is no stock on the shelf. My kids are very disappointed since can't have helium gas and I checked online through the warehouse app and saying Palmerston north got some stock to pick up. I asked where is the aisle 16 saying got some stock to same staff at the photo counter (can't find other staff). She yelled at us saying I probably I asked three staff already which I didn't. She is not setting a good example in front of my kids which my kids might learn from her when they start their job in society in the future. Customer service is very important and setting good example in front of next generation is important too.

Bought a Veon TV from here on sale for a fair price and it stopped working after 12 months. Went through a long process of emails and multiple phone calls with The Warehouse and a subsidiary company. Eventually someone came round to have a look at the TV. They said it is not covered for warranty due to “impact damage”? Nobody has ever damaged the TV, the thing hasn’t been dropped or anything. What a waste of $550. Not even offered a replacement or refund, just a “You can get rid of the TV and dump it somewhere”. Never purchasing a TV from The Warehouse again.

Staff available knowledgeable and helpful. Good range of products, store layout a little confusing. Not bad on the whole

Used to be a good store but it was before the renovation happened couple months ago. They've significant cut down the food and personal care sections, which is dissapointing. I also prefer their old layout.

I recently visited the Warehouse in P.N. it took only a few minutes to find the There were only two checkouts operating. I waited in a long queue for 15 minutes. As I'm disabled it was very unpleasant. For goodness sake get it sorted.

Has some variety of products but not mich. Some people are quite useful and some not. It really depends on the days.

Have been coming here for years and have never met a nice person in customer service all are rude, and it is across the more than just one warehouse. Feilding is the same. Customer service training would not go a miss.

Best price on lego, especially when they give further 20% off, lovely service at customer desk

Had everything we were after, store was clean and tidy as well and staff helpful and friendly.
