We were the only people in the showroom. We walked in, we said hi and they told use what we were looking for was on the back wall. We were there for 15-20mins, maybe longer?and no one came and helped us at all. Two ladies just sat talking at the counter. We purposely drove 40mins from east Auckland to come and look for a new kitchen top. Willing to spend 8k or so. You've just lost 8k worth of sales because of your poor customer service.We went to another store which was much more high end and they treated us with respect. Will take our business there.

Our kitchen cupboards and drawers are falling apart not even a year after install that took over 6 utterly painful months to do so. What a waste of 45k. Don’t recommend. Stay away. Far far away.

It's been 2 months since the kitchen was supposed to be in, it's still not finished, the fitment is terrible and inconsistent, I had to square a few things up myself since they were no where near, I have no idea what they are doing all day when they turn up, if they turn up. My partner made the mistake of paying them in full, so it seems they don't care now, very cheap fixings and cabinetry, and they have left an unsecured stone benchtop on our island with a huge overhang that my 2 yo daughter can pull onto herself, very unprofessionalEdit: it's been about 3 months now, there is paint over spray on the benchtops they ruined our brand new microwave, which we couldn't replace with the exact model so they are refusing to pay for it, the cupboard and dishwasher are still not square to the bench, the panels below the benches are all flimsy and keep falling off. The extraction hood is off centre to the stove top, and they glued the corbells at an angle to make them fit which looks terrible, there is a gap behind the oven where there should be a piece of bench installed to account for the difference in width between bench and stoveI have enlisted another company to come and rectify the issues as dealing with Jerry Kitchens is just too difficult, a kitchen should not take 1/4 of a year to install
